Last Updated: February 09, 2026

"The following Terms of Service ('Terms') constitute a binding legal agreement between you and MyanRun. Your access to and use of the MyanRun website is evidence of your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms of Service, you must immediately cease all use of the website."

1. TERMINOLOGY

In these Terms of Service:

1.1. Contracting Parties. "MyanRun" (including "we", "us", or "our") shall mean Runderful Myanmar Co., Limited located at No(68) Htan Ta Pin Street, Aung Myay Thar Si Housing, No(1)Quater, Kamayut Township, Yangon 10411. "User" (including "you" or "your") shall mean any individual or entity utilizing the Platform or acquiring tickets therein.

1.2. Defined Terms.

  • "Platform": The proprietary web-based software, including all APIs, sub-modules, and the website www.MyanRun.com, designed for event administration and data processing.
  • "Event Organizer": The party utilizing the Platform for the purpose of ticket distribution and registration management.
  • "Event Listing": The digital interface generated via the Platform to facilitate specific event registration and data storage.
  • "Vendor": Any third-party provider of goods or services associated with an Event.

2. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the unilateral right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Such amendments are effective immediately upon posting. It is the user’s sole responsibility to verify the terms prior to acquiring tickets or registering for events.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

Access to event ticketing and registration is contingent upon the creation of a MyanRun User account. Users must be a minimum of 13 years of age. Minors (aged 13–17) must obtain parental or guardian consent and remain under their supervision while using the Platform. Every user warrant that the data provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

4. USER CREDENTIALS

Upon registration, the User shall establish a secure password and account. The User maintains sole responsibility for the confidentiality and security of such credentials. Any actions performed via the User’s account shall be attributed to the User unless they can demonstrate, to MyanRun’s reasonable satisfaction, that the usage was unauthorized and did not arise from a violation of these Terms. Users must (i) promptly report any security breaches or unauthorized use to MyanRun and (ii) ensure a proper logout at the conclusion of each session.

5. LICENSE GRANT AND RESTRICTIONS

MyanRun hereby grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to utilize the Platform exclusively for event registration and ticket procurement. The User is expressly prohibited from:

  • 5.1 altering or concealing any proprietary content or Listing Content;
  • 5.2 engaging in unauthorized testing, hacking, or interference with the Platform's infrastructure;
  • 5.3 deploying malicious software, including worms or viruses, intended to disrupt business operations or user hardware; and
  • 5.4 accessing data or server environments without prior written authorization.

6. AGENCY AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

MyanRun facilitates transaction processing and electronic ticket issuance on behalf of Event Organizers. MyanRun is not the principal organizer or seller of tickets. The User’s primary contract of sale is with the Event Organizer and is subject to the Organizer’s specific terms and conditions. While MyanRun may host Event Listings or provide links to external sites via iFrame or hyperlinks, these external resources remain outside the MyanRun Platform. MyanRun disclaims all liability for the availability, content, advertising, or privacy practices of such third-party resources.

7. TICKET ISSUANCE AND ENTRY

We exclusively accept payments via KBZ Pay. Your tickets will be sent digitally to the email address you used during registration or checkout. Every MyanRun ticket includes an encrypted key, a unique Ticket ID, and a visible QR code. For a ticket to be valid, it must be successfully scanned by staff at the event location. You can present your ticket in either a printed format or on your mobile device, as long as the QR code and ID are clear and readable. If a ticket cannot be scanned or verified, you may be denied entry. To prevent fraud, Event Organizers may ask you to present a valid photo ID or show proof of the e-wallet account used to purchase the ticket.

8. EVENT INQUIRIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

8.1 Primary Contact: If you have questions, complaints, or legal claims regarding an event itself, you must contact the Event Organizer directly.

8.2 Liability Limits: As the platform provider, MyanRun is not responsible for event-related issues. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we exclude all liability except for:

  • Issues directly related to the payment processing and ticketing technology we provide.
  • Refund requests for canceled events, provided they follow the specific rules outlined in Section 10.

9. REFUND AND TICKET SECURITY POLICY

9.1 General Refund Rule: All ticket sales are final. MyanRun does not provide refunds or ticket exchanges except in the specific case of a canceled event (as detailed in Section 10).

9.2 Lost or Stolen Tickets: You are responsible for the security of your ticket. If you print your ticket and it is lost or stolen, another person could use it to enter the event. If someone else scans your ticket first, you will be denied entry.

9.3 Replacement Requests: MyanRun cannot cancel or replace lost tickets. If you need a replacement, you must contact the Event Organizer directly; however, issuing a new ticket is entirely at the Organizer's discretion.

10. POLICY FOR CANCELLED EVENTS

10.1 Notification: The Event Organizer is responsible for informing you if an event is called off; MyanRun does not handle these announcements.

10.2 Initial Refund Request: If a cancellation occurs, your first step is to contact the Event Organizer immediately to ask for your money back.

10.3 The 5-Day Window: The Organizer has five business days to either issue a full refund (including booking fees) or offer an alternative you agree to, such as tickets for a new date.

10.4 MyanRun’s Safety Net: If the Organizer fails to resolve the issue within those five days, you must alert MyanRun within ten (10) business days of the original cancellation.

10.5 Final Resolution: Unless the Organizer proves they have already refunded you or reached an agreement with you, MyanRun will step in and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

11. REQUESTING A REFUND FOR A CANCELED EVENT

If an event is officially canceled, follow these steps to secure your refund:

11.1 Email the Organizer. Find the Event Organizer’s contact details on the specific event page and send them an email with the subject line: “Refund Request.”

11.2 Provide Required Details. To process your request quickly, your email must include:

  • The Transaction Reference Number and Ticket ID.
  • Your full name, email address, and phone number.
  • A statement confirming the event was canceled.
  • If you bought tickets for a group, include the Ticket IDs and names of every person you are claiming for.

11.3 Escalate to MyanRun. If the Organizer does not respond or provide a solution, forward your original email to event@myanrun.com. In your message, clearly state that you have not received a refund or any other satisfactory alternative from the Organizer.

12. USE OF DATA

12.1 Data Sharing Consent. By using our Platform, you agree that MyanRun, the Event Organizers, and Vendors may share, store, and use the information you provide. This cooperation is necessary to manage your event participation and follows our Privacy Policy (available upon request). Please note that this may include sensitive personal details.

12.2 Free Events & Marketing. If you register for a free event, MyanRun and its affiliates may use your data for marketing purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

12.3 Legal Compliance. We are committed to your privacy. No part of these Terms allows for the collection, storage, or sharing of your data in a way that violates applicable privacy laws.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT

13.1 Ownership. All content on the Platform—including text, images, logos, icons, audio, and software—is the exclusive property of MyanRun or its licensors.

13.2 Prohibited Uses. Unless specifically allowed by law or given prior written permission by MyanRun, you are strictly prohibited from:

  • Copying, adapting, storing, sharing, printing, or publishing any part of the Platform.
  • Creating new works based on our content.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or uncover the Platform’s source code, internal logic, or technical architecture.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY LIMITS

14.1 No Service Guarantees. MyanRun provides the Platform "as is." We do not guarantee that:

  • Access will be uninterrupted or always available.
  • Data will never be lost or corrupted.
  • We can always restore your information from our backups.
  • We can completely block all unauthorized access or security breaches.

14.2 Exclusion of Warranties. We exclude all implied warranties or conditions to the fullest extent allowed by law.

14.3 Limited Liability. MyanRun is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the Platform. This includes losses related to profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation.

14.4 User Risk. By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk.

15. SUSPENSION OF ACCESS

15.1 Immediate Suspension Without Notice. MyanRun reserves the right to temporarily disable access to the Platform at any time and without prior warning if:

  • Technical Needs: We need to perform emergency repairs, routine maintenance, or system upgrades.
  • Legal & Safety Issues: We believe your use of the Platform is illegal or if we are legally ordered to do so by authorities.
  • System Integrity: Your activity is negatively impacting other users, Event Organizers, or the security of our network.

15.2 Suspension for Breach of Terms. If you violate these Terms and Conditions, we may suspend your account after giving you two (2) business days' notice.

15.3 Reinstatement Requirements. To regain access following a breach, you must: (15.3.1) Fix the violation (if possible) and (15.3.2) Fully reimburse MyanRun for any costs, losses, or damages caused by your actions.

16. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

16.1 Right to Terminate. MyanRun reserves the exclusive right to close your account at any time and for any reason.

16.2 Post-Termination Actions. Once your account is terminated or our legal agreement expires, we may deactivate your profile, delete your data, or permanently block your access to the Platform.

16.3 Provisions That Continue. Even after your account is closed, certain parts of this agreement will remain in effect, including rules regarding usage restrictions, liability, data use, and copyright.

17. OFFICIAL COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTICES

17.1 Written Format Required: All official notices related to these Terms must be provided in writing.

17.2 Delivery to You: We may send you notices via registered mail or to the email address currently associated with your account. An email notice is considered "received" on the same day it is sent.

17.4 Accuracy: You must ensure your contact information remains accurate and notify us immediately of any changes.

17.5 Contacting MyanRun: Any legal or formal notice from you to us must be sent in writing to event@myanrun.com.

18. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

18.1 Legal Jurisdiction. This Agreement is governed by and must be followed according to the laws of Myanmar.

18.2 Arbitration. Most disputes will be settled through arbitration at the Myanmar Arbitration Centre under the Myanmar Arbitration Law (2016). The process will involve one arbitrator, be conducted in English, and take place in Yangon, Myanmar.

18.3 Our Right to Use a Court. MyanRun reserves the right to choose to have the dispute settled in a court of law instead of arbitration. If we choose this, we will notify you in writing.

18.4 Submission to Courts. If we elect to move the dispute to court, we may bring legal proceedings against you in Myanmar courts or any other relevant court.
